Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay you pay from your Amazon customer account. During the ordering process, you will be redirected to Amazon Pay. This means you do not have to enter shipping and payment information again. The Amazon Pay payment process is secure and purchases that meet the conditions are protected by the A-to-Z guarantee.

All valid Amazon accounts worldwide are supported. For countries with foreign currencies, a currency conversion is carried out by Amazon.

Payment is received immediately after completion of the purchase.

Apple Pay

With Apple Pay, you pay quickly and securely using stored card details from your Wallet app. Click on Apple Pay and confirm your purchase using the Touch/Face ID on your Apple device without entering any further card details.

This payment method is available in more than 32 countries. For countries with foreign currencies, the requirements of your bank apply.

Payment is received immediately after completion of the purchase.

Klarna Instalment Purchase

With Klarna instalment purchase, you can pay conveniently in several instalments. You will be redirected to the Klarna portal where you will need to open a Klarna account (if you do not already have one). All important purchase data from your shopping cart will be transferred to your Klarna portal. After a successful credit check, you pay the instalments via the Klarna consumer portal on klarna.com or in the Klarna app using your preferred payment method.

The payment method can be used for the following countries: Austria, Finland, Germany.

The payment will be received by us after the purchase has been completed and a successful credit check has been carried out by Klarna.

Klarna Invoice

With Klarna Invoice you pay only after receiving the goods. You will receive the payment information by email from Klarna when the goods are dispatched. After receiving the payment information, you have 30 days to transfer your invoice. We ask you to state the reason for payment on your invoice so that we can correctly allocate your payment. After the payment deadline has passed, Klarna will send you a reminder. If you have any questions about your reminder, please contact Klarna customer service directly.

The payment method can be used for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands.

The payment will be received by us after the purchase has been completed and a successful credit check has been carried out by Klarna.

Credit Card

You can pay securely and conveniently with your credit card. Your card details are transmitted in encrypted form.

Cards from the following providers are supported: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bancaire/Carte Bleue and PostePay. For countries with foreign currencies, a currency conversion is carried out by your bank.

Payment is received immediately after completion of the purchase.

PayPal

With PayPal you can pay conveniently and securely via your PayPal account. Within the ordering process you will be redirected directly to PayPay. There you can select your preferred payment method and pay. If required, you can set up a PayPal account for the first time during your booking.

All valid PayPal accounts worldwide are supported. For countries with a different currency, a currency conversion is carried out by PayPal.

Payment is received immediately after completion of the purchase.

Bank transfer

You send the whole amount as prepayment to our bank account. You will get our bank account data (IBAN, BIC) within the order confirmation email. As reason for payment please always use the order number from confirmation email. As soon as we get the money on our bank account we will ship the item. Please be aware that payments outside European Union (EU) can cause additional transaction fee. We will not pay this fee.

All SEPA countries are supported. For countries with a foreign currency, a currency conversion must be carried out by your bank.

Payment is usually received 1 - 3 working days after payment.
